Roxane Lane, the registered Manager and In-House Trainer, is experienced in delivering health and social care and care certificate training. She can also direct our carers to participate in Distance Learning Courses and Diplomas in Health and Social Care.

 

All our staff go through a very comprehensive induction programme which includes:
